Monday kicked off with the creation of a Customer Service Wall, where employees shared their favorite customer feedback, tips, and words of encouragement. The wall became a source of motivation and inspiration, reminding us of the value we bring to our customers.
Tuesday brought excitement with a Trivia Challenge that tested employees’ knowledge of customer service best practices. It was a lively and engaging way to refresh our skills and foster teamwork.
On Wednesday, we focused on appreciation through the Recognition Wall. Team members expressed compliments and celebrated each other’s contributions toward delivering exceptional service.
Thursday was dedicated to Customer Service Storytelling. Employees shared memorable experiences that highlighted empathy, creativity, and dedication to resolving customer issues, underscoring the power of meaningful connections.
Friday marked the grand finale with Work Hard, Play Hard Day. The celebration featured music, games, and fun activities, reinforcing teamwork and camaraderie as we wrapped up a memorable week.
