Mrs. Ladonna Agyeman-Buahin is a career marketer with over ten (10) years of progressive experience in sales & marketing. She is currently the Chief Operations Officer (COO) for GLICO Life Insurance Company Ltd.

Prior to rejoining GLICO Life as COO, she was the Head, Group Business & Partnerships at Hollard Life Assurance Ghana Ltd from June 2018 to November 2019. Mrs. Agyeman-Buahin began her sales & marketing career at GLICO Life as a Marketing Officer and worked diligently, rising through the ranks to become the Officer-in-Charge of Broker Relations. By dint of hard work and commitment, she was promoted as the Business Development Manager for Group Business; a position she held from January 2014 until her exit from GLICO Life in June 2018. Her return to GLICO Life as COO, is to support the growth agenda of the new Managing Director and ensure operational efficiency in positioning GLICO Life as the “Brand of Choice”.

Mrs. Agyeman-Buahin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Ghana, Legon; a Masters of Business Administration from GIMPA; an Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Ghana Insurance College and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration also from GIMPA. She is a Chartered Insurer and an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, United Kingdom (CII-UK).
