At GLICO LIFE, we promise to pay claims on time (within 48 hours) when all necessary documentations have been completed. Some claims are processed instantly and paid at the office. Some types of claims too are processed and the policyholder is notified to pick up the claim money at their chosen GCB Bank, NIB Bank or Barclays Bank.

GROUP/ CORPORATE POLICY HOLDERS
GLICO LIFE does not deal personally or directly with individuals or employees with regards to GROUP Policies.
In the event of an accident or death, you are required to report any claimable event to your superior or Human Resource Manager, who would then give you a claim form to complete for onward submission to GLICO LIFE.
GLICO Life shall then process the claim and pay any amount involved through the employer.
